EEOICPA Part E and RECA pay $2,500 for every 1% of whole person impairment for each approved condition. New conditions may be rated upon the approval of the condition. Existing conditions may be re-evaluated every two years. We are committed to maximizing our clients’ EEOICPA impairment benefits. Learn more about impairment assessments.
We are inspired by the dedication of energy employees in defense of our nation. Allow us to help you get the most out of your EEOICPA and RECA impairment compensation benefits.
