***FECA does not allow a Schedule Award for impairment related to the back or spine (5 U.S.C. 8101 (19).  However, an injury or condition affecting the BACK OR SPINE IS able to be rated to the extent that it results in a permanent impairment of the extremities.

***The original FECA schedule of body parts did not include conditions or injuries involving the SKIN.  However, pursuant to FECA Bulletin No. 11-07, skin is now a schedule member eligible for up to 205 weeks of compensation for injuries sustained on or after September 11, 2001.
